Flipper is a design
taken from our water rocket brothers. It uses three fins at the bottom
and a pair of fins near mid body. At apogee the engine is supposed
to eject thus changing the CG enough that the forward fins allow a nice,
almost glider-like descent. We'll see. The body tube is hand
made by wrapping craft paper around a PVC pipe. Nosecone is the foam
and tissue kind seen also on the Dart.
